- Products are advertised as per the stock availability at the time of publication, in the unlikely event that the product is out of stock at Nails by Nicole, you shall be notified of when the stock is expected or alternative arrangements will be made. If a product is out of stock and we have the same item in stock but in a different variation at the same price, then that item will be sent.

- After payment is received for your order, you will receive a courier tracking number.
- Nails by Nicole’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the courier delivers the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order.
